Willow & Grace is a small women’s boutique based in Savannah, Georgia. For years, Willow has built this store with care, personal service, and a love for timeless women’s fashion. With Grace, her little dog, often by her side, the boutique has become a warm and welcoming place for women to find pieces they feel good in.

Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a love for fashion, storytelling, and e-commerce? Willow & Grace is looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our boutique’s story to life through clear, attractive visuals for our online store and marketing.

Responsibilities
• Design visuals for our website, including banners, product images, and campaign graphics
• Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and online ads
• Make visuals that fit the warm, feminine, and personal style of Willow & Grace
• Turn brand ideas into clean and effective visual content
• Keep all designs consistent and on-brand

Requirements
• Experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or fashion
• Strong skills with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Good eye for typography, colour, layout, and composition
• Accurate and detail-focused way of working
• Able to work with deadlines
• Clear communication and open to feedback
• Portfolio with recent work

Job Opening: Retail Sales Associate

Do you love helping women feel good in what they wear? Do you enjoy giving honest styling advice? Willow & Grace is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help customers find pieces that fit their style, body, and everyday life.

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and give personal styling and fit advice
• Help customers choose the right size and outfit combinations
• Keep the boutique tidy and beautifully presented
• Support daily tasks such as restocking and basic cashier duties
• Answer questions in-store, by phone, and online in a friendly way

Requirements
• Experience in retail, preferably in fashion
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused and kind approach
• Interest in women’s fashion and styling
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends when needed
• Reliable, on time, and comfortable working in a small team
